How do I cancel an order?
It depends.For any unpaid orders,you just need to simply log into your account, go to “My Orders” and cancel the unnecessary orders by clicking the “Cancel Order” button.
But for paid orders,you can only cancel it before the order status changes to “Processing.”

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?
